Consultation Fee

Payment Policy

Consultation fees must be paid in advance.
Drafting and documentation work begins after payment confirmation.
For legal representation matters, an advance professional fee may be required before work begins.
Payment confirmation must be shared via WhatsApp or email.
Work will commence after confirmation of payment and receipt of required documents.
All professional fees are discussed and agreed before work begins.
Payment Methods
For Clients in India
Payments can be made using any of the following methods:
UPI (Google Pay)
Bank Transfer
Cash (for in-person meetings where applicable)
When making payment via UPI or bank transfer, please include your name and purpose of payment in the payment reference.

For Non-Resident Indian (NRI) Clients
Overseas clients can transfer fees directly to our Indian bank account using any of the following methods:
International Bank Transfer (SWIFT)
Direct transfer to Indian bank account
UPI (if you have an Indian bank account with UPI access)
Credit/Debit Card (via website payment link, if available)
Bank details will be provided upon confirmation of consultation or legal work.
After Making Payment
After completing payment, please follow these steps:
Send payment confirmation screenshot via WhatsApp or email.
Send any relevant documents related to your legal matter.
Include your full name and a brief description of the legal matter.
You will then be contacted to schedule your consultation or to proceed with documentation.
This process helps us review your matter efficiently and provide appropriate guidance.

Step 4 — Legal Process / Representation (if applicable)
For disputes or court matters, we guide you through the legal process and provide representation where the matter falls within our service scope.
